Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the New Zealand Fishing Industry Guild (Incorporated) will be held at the AFM Seafood School Auditorium, Level 1, 22 Jellicoe Street, West Haven, Auckland at 11.00 am on Friday 29th October 2021 for the following purposes:
· To receive from the Executive a report as to the affairs of The Guild for the past year and the Balance Sheet and Statement of Profit and Loss made up to the preceding 31st day of March.
· To transact any business of which notice has been given to the Executive.
· To elect any qualifying members to fill vacancies in the office or offices of Executive Members.
· To provide for general business for discussion on matters incidental to the objects of the Guild.
